Site blueprints for the financier's private tropical island included in the photographs.
Furthermore featured in this new document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to build upon the sprawling island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a key labelling different areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for dock shelters.
Additional materials made public as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
